Senior Solution Advisor, WalkMe

• Experience supporting SLED and/or Utilities customers in a technical pre-sales, solution advisory, or sales engineering capacity
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder technical evaluations and influence senior customer decision-makers
• Strong understanding of enterprise architectures, security considerations, and compliance requirements common to public sector and regulated industries
• Expertise in designing and delivering tailored demonstrations and POCs that map technical capabilities to business and mission outcomes
• Experience with government procurement processes or regulated sales cycles

Desirable

• As a Senior Solution Advisor, you will report to the Director of Solution Advisory on the Solution Advisory team
• Your main goal is to lead complex technical evaluations for SLED and Utilities customers, translating mission-critical business challenges into high-impact WalkMe solutions
• Your performance will depend on your ability to operate as a senior technical advisor, drive executive-level discovery, and influence solution strategy across long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• You'll own the end-to-end solution strategy for complex SLED and Utilities opportunities, ensuring alignment with regulatory, security, and operational requirements
• Lead executive-level discovery, solution design, and technical validation, including advanced demos and proofs of concept
• Act as a senior technical advisor and escalation point, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive successful outcomes
