Mobile Marketing Manager, Trainline

• Experience running A/B tests and Conversion Lift Studies on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Proven track record in creative asset optimization, working with creative teams to enhance ad performance
• Cross-functional collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with designers, copywriters, and developers to create high-quality creative assets
• Expertise in insights and reporting, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders through clear performance analysis
• Strong focus on brand alignment, ensuring creative assets drive results while adhering to brand guidelines
• Strong grasp of key performance metrics such as LTV and ROAS
• Experience with marketing measurement and attribution, using mobile measurement platforms (Appsflyer, Singular, Branch, Adjust, Kochava), and tools like Google Analytics 4, Firebase, and Google Tag Manager
• Solid understanding of mobile measurement technologies, including SKAdNetwork and the Android Privacy Sandbox
• Skilled in automating reports using data analytics tools such as Tableau or Looker
• Proven experience managing and coaching direct reports
