Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with digital advertising, mobile app industry trends, general advertising and competitive landscape is a plus
What the job involves
- Sensor Tower is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team
- In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our agency partner network and identifying brand partnership opportunities
- You will be responsible for nurturing and converting existing agencies into the partnership model, as well as proactively identifying and pursuing new brand partnerships
- Manage a book of Agency business in the US identifying opportunities for growth within their portfolio of brands
- Have c-level discussions with agencies and work on strategizing their use cases with our platform
- Create, manage, and implement Quarterly Business Reviews
- Proactively understand the clients’ business to provide competitive insights and trends
- Follow industry trends and interpret these into day-to-day business impact
- Understand the product development cycle, being able to communicate between product teams and customers effectively to - manage expectations on feature requests and releases
- Identify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within the managed customer base
