Role
Who you are
- Veriff is hiring an experienced Senior Account Executive with a proven track record of winning mid-to-large enterprise business
- 5-8 years of B2B SaaS closing experience, specifically managing sophisticated sales cycles within the North American market
- A "Hunter" Mentality: You are a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and loves the thrill of the win
- Strategic Agility: The ability to handle a diverse volume of opportunities while maintaining a high level of detail and personalization
- Proven Track Record: A history of meeting or exceeding quotas by selling complex software solutions to diverse industries
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Masterful Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills that build immediate credibility
- Bonus Points: Previous experience in the Identity Verification (IDV), FinTech, or Cybersecurity space

What the job involves
- This role is a high-impact opportunity to drive revenue and accelerate Veriff’s expansion by converting complex prospects into long-term partners
- Owning the Full Cycle: Identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value enterprise opportunities within your assigned territory
- Consultative Selling: Deeply understanding prospect pain points and articulating how Veriff’s unique value proposition solves their identity and compliance challenges
- Building Partnerships: Establishing strong, multi-threaded relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives
- Deal Orchestration: Managing complex negotiations and navigating internal stakeholders (Legal, Security, Product) to bring deals across the finish line
- Pipeline Excellence: Maintaining a disciplined approach to forecasting and lead generation to ensure consistent quarterly growth
- Process Innovation: Contributing to team-wide initiatives to refine our sales plays and market-entry strategies
Our take
Veriff started when the founder tried to access one of the worlds largest online marketplaces underage. He realised that, with some slight photo editing, he could easily break through their verification process. The company believes that identity is a valuable asset, and delivers real safety, protection and transparency to interactions online.
Veriff combines technical advancements in facial recognition, social ID, device ID and more into a SaaS model, that is easy to use and accessible to companies of all sizes. The service includes features such as real-time identity document verification, automated "Proof of Address" processes, and automated SSN Verification.
Veriff has continued to add to its offerings with new technologies and improvements. The considerable funds raised by the company in 2022 led to its Unicorn valuation and fuelled continued research and development. It enabled Veriff to hire more talent for its team. Partnerships with the likes of SonoSuite, a digital tech provider for the music industry, indicate Veriff's continued expansion of its products into new markets.
