Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in product marketing, Go-To-Market strategy development, and campaign management, preferably in the technology or software industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing tools
What the job involves
- This role is pivotal in shaping and executing successful Go-To-Market strategies, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns that drive adoption and growth for Neo4j’s solutions
- Integrated Sales & Marketing Plan Development:
- Develop and oversee integrated sales and marketing campaign plans for top-of-funnel and mid-funnel lead generation, collaborating with the Marketing Ops team to analyze and continuously iterate for efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads for Neo4j Graph and Analytics products
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing and sales pipeline-to-close funnel to identify friction points in conversions, collaborating with technical product marketers to develop content and tools to facilitate a smoother conversion
- Product Launch and Disclosure Planning:
- Own the product launch and disclosure calendar, working closely with product management and the technical product marketing team to execute message development, sales enablement, and marketing collateral creation
- Market and Customer Research:
- Conduct buyer research to deeply understand the economic and technical buyers for use in sales and marketing plans
- Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and market trends to inform technical product marketing teams on product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies
- Conduct win-loss analysis for Graph Database and Analytics products to inform improvements in sales and marketing content and create sales enablement content
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and challenges
- Web Design and content strategy
- Manage the overall web content experience, including creating content editorial calendar for Neo4j product and use cases web pages, in collaboration with web and content team
- Develop web templates and collaborate with technical product marketing teams to generate engaging and conversion-focused content
- Evaluate the effectiveness of conversation and engagement on the web, devising content strategies for continuous refinement
