What the job involves
- Steno is growing! We're looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator to support our West Coast region and join our winning team, which is revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day
- We're a diverse team from all over the country (and beyond) and we're crazy about redefining the boundaries of an outdated industry
- In this role, you'll own field marketing execution across the West Coast—from regional events and sponsorships to new partnerships. You'll manage an existing portfolio while expanding our presence through new regional programs and stronger local execution
- You'll work closely with West Coast Sales, Field Marketing, and Cross-Functional Marketing teams to ensure programs align with strategy and deliver consistently high-quality results. You'll also support major industry events in the region, partnering with the broader Field Marketing team for seamless execution
- This is an execution-focused role where attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and strong follow-through are essential
- Execute West Coast field marketing programs end-to-end, including trade shows, sponsorship activations, executive dinners, customer/partner events, CLE-style programs, and roadshows
- Coordinate with West Coast association partners to support year-round engagement, including event participation, deliverables, and logistics
- Support regional growth by helping identify and operationalize new opportunities across key West Coast markets (events, partners, sponsorships, and community moments)
- Provide on-the-ground execution support for major industry events occurring in your territory, partnering with the broader Field Marketing team to ensure a unified, high-quality experience
- Own regional logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, shipments, rentals, timelines, staffing needs, and on-site execution
- Coordinate field marketing assets, including booth materials, demo equipment, signage, swag, and printed collateral, to ensure readiness for events
- Partner with Sales to align activations with territory priorities and ensure smooth follow-up workflows
- Coordinate lead capture and post-event documentation to support performance reporting, attribution inputs, and next-step actions
- Work cross-functionally with the broader Marketing organization (Content, Design, Demand Gen, Product Marketing) to coordinate content, email, and creative requests that support regional programs
- Bring market nuance to activations so they feel relevant and differentiated while still aligned with Steno’s brand
