What the job involves

As a Senior Product Designer at 15Five, you will be accountable for making a demonstrable impact on our customers and our business through the design of our platform
Design experiences that create measurable impact for our customers, in partnership with product management and engineering
Facilitate concept explorations to drive bold and innovative thinking
Use AI to create new experiences for 15Five’s customers and improve existing experiences
Prototype and test quickly, applying your learnings to your designs on a daily basis
Make data-informed design decisions based on your own research, as well as customer insights and market insights
