Who you are
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience, with a preference for at least 8 years in a product-related role or a relevant field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies, with a focus on user experience and value creation
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a cross-functional team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across different locations
- A passion for keeping up with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Extensive experience on working on SaaS products in Azure or AWS
- Experience on working on consumer retail devices desirable
- Experience on working on HW products would be a bonus
What the job involves
- We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Product Experience to lead our product strategy, design, and development efforts
- Setting an ambitious and seamless strategy for each product experience, aligned with our commercial strategy
- Determining priorities to optimize the development path and drive value for our products
- Ensuring that market and customer insights, as well as feedback, are continuously incorporated into product development
- Leading the creation of seamless consumer, brand, and operator human-centered design experiences across digital and hardware products
- Collaborating closely with hardware and engineering teams to manage a portfolio of configurations, with a focus on driving simplicity, scalability, reliability, and unified code
- Defining and leading the technology strategy to support enterprise master data and data products
- Overseeing a team of Product and Design 5- 6
