Who you are
- The ideal candidate for this role will be ambitious and motivated, able to build great relationships across many parts of an organisation and analytical in your approach to ensure that great technology is supported with great delivery
- Enthusiasm, passion, energy and the desire to make positive change
- Proven work experience as a Programme or Project Manager or similar
- Solid Account Management experience and desire to progress the relationships with existing and new clients beyond the initial engagement
- Track record of high performance
- Evidence of a quantitive, analytical approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
What the job involves
- Delivery Manager / Technical Programme Manager
- We are looking for a talented Delivery Manager/Technical Programme Manager to join Isla as a member of the Delivery team
- The role is dynamic, and will be varied as you focus both on delivering existing projects to ensure that customers are realising the benefits that they expect to see as well as initiating and leading new projects
- We expect that parts of this will be a steep learning curve as you will become an expert in all aspects of the Isla platform and will take an active role in steering the direction of the product to solve pressing problems for our partners
- You will be reporting directly to our Director of Delivery to ensure you're developing professionally, are happy and motivated as well as being exposed to the wider business & health context that we are working in
- Over the next 12 months you will:
- Take responsibility for multiple NHS implementation projects
- Streamline our delivery processes to ensure they are repeatable and as efficient as possible
- Be laser focused on delivering and measuring the impact of implementing the Isla platform and how this transforms services
- Work with potential clients to understand their needs and whether we are well positioned to meet them
- Work with the product team to constantly develop and strengthen the platform
- Input actively into company strategy and steer key decisions
- Proactively build your network within healthcare
- Run product demos and map out next steps with prospects
Application process
- 1️⃣ A screening interview with our Associate Operations Manager - 15 minutes
- 2️⃣ A written task - to be completed in your own time within 7 days
- 3️⃣ A one to one pitch interview with our Director of Delivery - 30 minutes
- 4️⃣ A final interview with our Director of Delivery and one of our Co-founders - 30 minutes

Our take
Isla wants to empower healthcare professionals by allowing them to use visual data—photos and videos of patients—by securely recording this data to a medical professional's smartphone.
The ambitious startup has partnered with the Central London Community Healthcare Trust and the NHS, successfully supporting various NHS trusts on their digitisation journey. Isla will focus on leveraging visual data to improve end-of-life care and dermatology services. Additionally, the company has added an Impact page to its website, showcasing evidence of Isla's benefits.
Now that a case can be made for visual health data flows being helpful, the company's platform could see even wider adoption. Once sufficiently high-quality data sets have been collected, Isla can use the visual data, provided with patient consent, to inform medical practice more generally.
The next few years at Isla should be interesting as the company is looking to replicate the operation of its product across several hospitals and healthcare facilities. Isla's end game is to be fully integrated into all incumbent Patient Administration Systems to make the platform seamless for clinicians.
