Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing or Paid Media, ideally managing feed-based campaigns across web and app
- Proven experience integrating AI, Generative AI or AI-powered tools into marketing workflows
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPM and CPC
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Display Retargeting and performance optimisation
- Collaborative, hands-on mindset with experience working in international, cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English
Desirable
- Experience with App Marketing and app performance campaigns
- Experience with ProductsUp, Channable, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Google Tag Manager (GTM), server-side GTM (sGTM), Conversions API (CAPI) or Meta Events Manager
- Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Adverity, QuickSight or similar analytics platforms
- Another European language

- Working at the intersection of Digital Marketing, AI, Data and Marketing Automation, you'll build scalable campaigns that reach more than 30 million monthly users
- Own Performance Marketing campaigns across multiple European markets
- Drive Paid Social, Display Retargeting and AI-powered marketing at scale
- Shape the future of AI, Marketing Automation and MarTech
- Work with leading advertising platforms, data and technology
- Own and optimise Performance Marketing campaigns across channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Criteo and RTB House
- Drive the adoption of AI and Generative AI to improve campaign performance, automation and marketing workflows
- Build scalable marketing capabilities through feed management, conversion tracking, marketing automation and data-driven optimisation
- Analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable business recommendations
