Who you are
- Expertise in modern front-end development technologies (JavaScript, React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and performance optimisation
- Experience with modern development workflows (CI/CD, Git, testing frameworks)
- Ability to work in an agile environment and integrate with cross-functional teams

What the job involves
- We are looking for a passionate Principal Technologist & Thought Leader who thrives on innovation, disruption, and thought leadership
- In this role, you will work closely with our clients, challenging and coaching their teams while championing Mindera’s expertise and values
- You will play a key role in assessing client needs, facilitating technical improvements, and reporting insights back to Mindera to drive strategic support and innovation
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate technical challenges and drive innovation
- Provide thought leadership by identifying new trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in front-end development
- Challenge, coach, and mentor client teams to improve their technical capabilities and development processes
- Champion Mindera in client engagements, ensuring our expertise is recognized and valued
- Report findings, challenges, and opportunities to Mindera to refine how we support our clients
- Collaborate with both client and internal teams to develop tailored solutions that align with business goals
