What the job involves
- We're looking for a sharp, organized, and dependable hybrid EA/PA, supporting a founder/CEO across the full surface area of a demanding professional and personal life
- You will be the operational backbone of how she moves through the world — managing time, logistics, communications, and projects with precision and judgment
- You will know what matters before being asked
- You will create systems that don't need to be explained twice
- You will be the reason things run smoothly
- Own calendar, travel, and scheduling across time zones
- Manage projects end-to-end: track deliverables, follow up on open loops and coordinate stakeholders
- Handle personal logistics in NYC: errands, appointments, household needs, research
- Draft and manage communications: emails, messages, coordination, with discretion and good judgment
- Build and maintain systems that keep professional and personal commitments aligned and on track
- Anticipate needs and flag issues before they become problems
- Use AI tools actively — to automate, summarize, research, and eliminate low-value work
Our take
Co-star is one of the most popular astrology apps in the world right now. Users input their time and place of birth, Co-star then uses AI to analyze data from NASA, providing a personalised daily horoscope for every user.
Powered by a balance of AI and human focused astrology, as well as a clean user experience, the Co-Star app’s popularity has surged. It has over 30 million registered accounts, and around 25% of all young women aged 18-25 in the US have used it. Remarkably, the company claimed to have not put any real marketing effort into this huge uptick.
Whether or not the field remains so popular over the next few years remains to be seen, but the fact that Co-Star has developed a new astrology machine that uses ChatGPT to answer users' questions shows its well set to draw further interest in the company.
