Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
- 6–9 years of experience in AI/technical consulting, solutions architecture, or customer success, including 1–3 years of direct people management
- Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise AI platform (Salesforce Agentforce, Moveworks, Copilot, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to build team processes and scale a practice through growth
- Strong executive-facing communication skills for high-stakes client and internal escalations
What the job involves
- The Manager, Adoption Strategy leads a team of Adoption Strategists responsible for driving platform adoption across a portfolio of enterprise client accounts
- This role is technically credible and occasionally hands-on with the most strategic accounts, but primarily accountable for team output, hiring, coaching, and the consistency of the delivery methodology across the team's book of business
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Adoption Strategists, setting individual goals and conducting regular performance reviews
- Establish and refine team-level playbooks, engagement methodologies, and best practices for client discovery, rollout, and change management
- Stay directly involved with the team's highest-value or most technically complex accounts — supporting use case scoping, technical champion building, and proof-of-concept execution
- Own team-level delivery metrics: win rate, adoption outcomes, services revenue, time to value, renewal/expansion contribution, and engagement quality across the portfolio
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership to represent the practice on strategic partnerships and escalations
- Own hiring, onboarding, and headcount planning for the team as client demand scales
- Report team performance and capacity to practice leadership, flagging risks and resourcing needs

Ironclad is a platform that digitises, automates, and streamlines contract workflows, allowing legal teams to focus on legal work rather than paperwork. Its platform features collaborative tools that facilitate business operations and extract and catalogue contract metadata, making information easier to access and act upon. Its enterprise customers include Dropbox, Mastercard, Pixar, Fox, and L’Oréal.
Despite its success, Ironclad faces competition in the $3.68 billion contract lifecycle management industry from major players like DocuSign and emerging ones like Contractbook. The company recently announced Ironclad Signature, marking its entry into the $13 billion eSignature market. The new feature speeds up the signature process by an estimated 80% and provides summaries and approval histories to users. This new tool is expected to strengthen Ironclad's position in the sell-side contract lifecycle management market.
Additionally, Ironclad introduced value-based pricing, charging only for completed, signed agreements, unlike other providers who charge for every signature packet sent out. Ironclad, backed by investors like Accel, Sequoia, Y Combinator, and BOND, remains committed to innovating and maintaining its leadership in the contract lifecycle management space.
