What the job involves
- Alchemy is on the hunt for a passionate and dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to help us build an incredible candidate experience from start to finish.
- As an early member of our talent acquisition team, you’ll be at the heart of driving growth by coordinating virtual and onsite interviews while delivering a top-tier candidate experience.
- You'll be the face of Alchemy for candidates, ensuring that each one leaves excited about the possibility of joining us
- Be the architect of an unforgettable candidate journey, from scheduling phone and video calls to organizing seamless onsite and virtual interviews
- Build strong relationships with our candidates and team, ensuring communication is friendly, professional, and always confidential
- Partner with recruiters to bring creative ideas to life, from improving processes to launching fun, innovative talent acquisition programs
- Own the interview experience—track and optimize every interaction, acting as the go-to point of contact for candidates
- Keep everything running smoothly by maintaining accurate data in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools

Blockchain technology is a rapidly growing industry with many startups and established companies developing new applications that utilize it. However, many companies reinvent the wheel as they each attempt to build their own version of the blockchain software.
Alchemy offers a platform that simplifies the creation of blockchains and the launching of new nodes. It provides developers with “building blocks” that can be used to make the process more efficient. Alchemy is already working with multinational organizations like Meta, Adobe, and Splunk, and it has won many clients from their current top competitor, Infura.
The company has seen considerable growth and is now acquiring companies to improve its stack. It now serves over 10M end users and became a deca unicorn after attracting impressive funding in 2022. It continues to refine its platform to gain competitive edge, recently launching a transaction simulation product to help reduce the chances of transactions becoming susceptible to scams.
