What the job involves
- Addepar is looking for a Client Operations Analyst to support teams across the Addepar Go To Market Organisation
- You will work closely with all of our Go-to Market Teams, including Client Management, Solutions Architecture, Project Management, Support, Sales and Training. Your role has a dual purpose:
- Maintain operational administration of systems (such as Salesforce & FinancialForce)
- Provide analytics and reporting to support the Client Management team, client-facing projects, and to improve business processes
- Able to interpret analytics to tell a client story; train Account Managers on how to use dashboards and data to deeply understand client health
- Partner with the team leads to optimise processes and policies
- Maintain FinancialForce and Salesforce data hygiene and own system data integrity
- Detail operational knowledge, issues, processes, and methodologies in reference materials
- Consult with external teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Sales, etc.) to build robust cross-functional processes and support cross-team handoffs
- Build content & processes to continually improve Addepar's Assurance offering to prospects, clients & partners
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of external questionnaires & requests for information from our prospects, clients & partners
- Develop and lead internal training on standard methodologies and processes

The platform aggregates portfolio, market, and client data in one place, allowing financial professionals to analyze and visualize the data they need.
Addepar currently tracks more than $4 trillion of assets with circa 800 clients including individual advisers, family offices, and large institutions such as AllianceBernstein, Bartlett Wealth Management, and Morgan Stanley.
The multi-unicorn company has been pursuing global expansion, opening its first office outside of the United States in Scotland in 2021 and a new London office in late 2022 and appointing new leadership members from the likes of Oracle and Amazon Web Services. Addepar is certainly gaining momentum as it expands operations and further innovates its suite of solutions.
