Who you are
- You bring at least 3 of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS industry
- You excel in executing digital marketing campaigns, with expertise in SEO, SEM, SEA, email marketing, social media, and marketing automation tools
- You possess advanced analytical, reporting, and project management skills, with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and WordPress
- You are a strategic thinker with proven success in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and cross-functional collaboration
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
What the job involves
- You design and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals, leveraging tools like advertising, email marketing, and automation to maximize efficiency and ROI
- You manage the company website, landing pages, and campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring lead generation and user experience are optimized
- You track key performance indicators, analyze campaign results, and prepare reports to identify improvements and inform decision-making
- You collaborate with sales, product teams, and external partners (e.g. agencies, freelancers) to ensure seamless execution of SEO, web design, and other marketing initiatives
- You stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
Our take
Compared to other industries, the real estate sector has been rather left behind by technological developments, still relying on old-fashioned record-keeping and telephone communications. But the recent arrival of PropTech startups are changing that. casavi is one such company, aiming to digitise the industry with a collaborative property management platform.
casavi's platform automates and streamlines many aspects of the property management business, allowing for online ticketing and service apps for tenants. Most notably, its collaborative platform, Relay, allows real-time communication between over 50,000 real estate service providers. As an early mover in a sector urgently in need of modernisation, casavi has quickly earned a client base of over 1200 property managers, housing associations and commercial property owners with a collective portfolio of over 100,000 buildings.
Having raised funding, casavi is moving to cement its leading position in the DACH PropTech sector. It is working to develop its product with a focus on automation features, expand its partnership scheme to more real estate services and build out its team. In the longer term, it will scale its solution and increase its customer base in the DACH region.
