• 3+ years of experience as a director of product management, with a proven track record of success in launching and scaling complex products
• Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Demonstrated expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to collaborate with UX designers
• Experience managing cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing)
