Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in sales support, sales operations, or a similar role
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related tools (e.g. HubSpot etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the sales team and stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of sales processes and sales funnel management
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving startup environment
What the job involves
- We are growing and are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who will be overseeing sales enablement and deal strategy and be our RFP & Tender Lead
- As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and optimizing sales processes
- Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Chief Revenue Officer in streamlining sales procedures, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the sales department alongside other Sales Operations Specialists

- Lead the deal research strategy for the International New Business Team
- Conduct training sessions on new tools and product strategies
- Develop and manage deal strategy battle cards for key deals, serving as the decision-maker
- Provide insights and input on sales strategy
- Be the Project Manager for all RFI, RFQ, and RFP/Tender projects for FeedbackFruits
- Ensure security and product functionality databases are organized and up to date at all times for any future tender situation
- Ensure security, accessibility, and technical requirement documents are up to date and available for company use
- Maintain and update customer records, sales leads, and opportunities within the CRM system. Ensure data accuracy and consistency to facilitate effective sales reporting and analysis
- Assist in generating regular sales reports and analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track sales trends, and provide actionable insights to the sales team and management
- Support the sales team in managing the sales pipeline by monitoring deal stages, forecasting sales targets, and assisting with sales forecasting
- Emergency support for demo environment preparation and sandboxing support for Sales Operations department
- Collaborate with our CRO and other Sales Operations Specialists to identify inefficiencies in sales processes and propose improvements to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales-related tasks to ensure consistency and enable scalability as the company grows
- Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Finance, Product and Partner Success to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization
- You will be the project manager and glue for some of the most important revenue generation projects chaired by the CRO. This will include heavy lifts on project management, organization, goal clarification and execution, and support in pitching, sales engineering, and closing deals
