Role
Who you are
- You are a driven, collaborative sales professional who is passionate about delivering value through data-driven solutions
- You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and have a track record of building successful sales motions both directly and through partnerships
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with a strong understanding of selling SaaS or data platform solutions
- Proven success managing sales through channel partners, technology alliances, or system integrators
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with regional direct sales teams to co-develop and close revenue opportunities
- Experience managing relationships with senior executives at partner organizations and driving joint go-to-market initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect partner strategies with end-customer needs and influence
Desirable
- Existing network of regional or global system integrators, boutique consultancies, or mid-market partners in relevant industries (e.g., supply chain, sustainability, carbon, agriculture, insurance)
- Experience with enterprise software architecture across ERP, Procurement, Supply-Chain Management
What the job involves
- Partner with regional sales leaders to align channel and alliance activities with pipeline goals and revenue objectives
- Inherit, manage, and grow existing partner relationships, ensuring active engagement and joint pipeline development
- Source and establish new partnerships across boutique consultancies, mid-market players, and global system integrators, with a focus on strategic value and execution
- Work closely with internal product, marketing, events and customer success teams to support partner enablement, messaging, and co-selling strategy
- Track, report, and continuously optimize partner performance metrics, including influenced and sourced revenue, engagement health, and onboarding progress
