• As a Cloud Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in Confluent’s Customer Growth go-to-market strategy
• Responsible for leading a team of Cloud Account Executives (AE), you and your team are the heart of our new logo sales growth engine
• This team of Cloud AEs is passionate about acquiring new customers, growing the streaming data ecosystem, and developing their sales skills
• You will be measured on your team’s overall quota, new logo acquisition, and growing Confluent Cloud consumption usage
• Proactively hire, train, coach, and manage a team of motivated Cloud AEs to increase Confluent’s footprint in strategic and emerging markets
• Mentor your staff and help them to refine their sales skills
