Who you are
- If you've been exploring AI on your own time, hacking together side projects, or experimenting with LLMs for fun, we want to hear from you
- A recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field—or equivalent self-driven experience
- A strong curiosity about AI and a track record of exploring it independently (e.g., side projects, hackathons, open source, coursework).Hands-on experience using LLMs or AI tools via APIs like OpenAI or HuggingFace
- Comfort with at least one modern programming language—Javascript and Python are ideal
- A collaborative, humble, and growth-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions and take feedback
- Bonus: exposure to web or mobile development, cloud services (AWS, GCP), or basic statistics and data analysis

- We build AI-powered solutions that help Internet Service Providers and Smart Home companies solve connectivity and WiFi problems—before the subscriber ever needs to call
- Our customers already benefit from our SaaS solutions today and we aim to magnify that value by building agentic qualities into our solutions
- As we pivot our platform to be AI-first, we’re looking for a new team member—someone early in their career, passionate about AI, and eager to learn by doing
- Work alongside experienced AI engineers to build real, agentic AI systems that solve WiFi and connectivity problems for millions of users
- Experiment with prompts, models, and tools to explore how LLMs can be applied to real-world support challenges
- Prototype ideas quickly and help evaluate what works—and what doesn’t
- Learn how to assess model correctness, safety, hallucination, and contextual relevance in practical applications
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development practices
- Ask questions, contribute ideas, and grow into a developer who can ship production-grade AI features
- We use AWS (EKS, Lambda, Dynamo, RDS), AWS Connect, OpenAI, Snowflake, Node.js, Python, React, Android, and iOS. You don’t need to know it all—but you should be excited to learn and contribute
Our take
Seamless connectivity is the backbone of successful ISPs, Smart Home, and IoT companies, but this is difficult with so many devices and customers. Whilst good customer service and infrastructural maintenance can help, traditional diagnosis methods often require repetitive trial and error and questioning, ultimately leading to long queues, longer downtime, and lower customer satisfaction.
RouteThis provides a WiFi connection management and analytics platform, allowing ISPs and IoT companies to visualize the status of their users' connections, diagnose issues remotely, and facilitate seamless and rapid customer service to ensure reconnection. The company claims that its connectivity solutions will help attract and retain customers, fuel revenue growth, reduce employee budgets through automation, and grow market share.
Whilst remote customer service for WiFi and other networking services already exists, RouteThis stands out with its data-driven approach, augmenting the diagnoses process and identifying the source of technical problems quickly and effectively. Through this approach, the company aims to speed up migration to IoT connections by making it easier for companies to provide excellent technical support.
