- 4-6 years of relevant finance experience, including investment banking / private equity + high-growth start-up experience

What the job involves
- As a Strategic Finance Partner at Harvey, you will play a crucial role in guiding the financial strategy, decision-making, and planning for our organization
- You will report to the Head of Strategic Finance and be responsible for provide key insights to define investment opportunities that drive business success and help shape the company’s strategy
- This is a cross-functional and strategic role that will partner with executives and teams across the entire company
- Build & own operating models to help identify key business drivers and maintain a dynamic forecast in a fast changing environment
- Establish high-quality internal and external reporting packages covering financial & operational performance
- Partner with executives explore the art-of-the-possible and set ambitious but achievable targets
- Develop unit-economics frameworks to drive pricing & packaging strategies and help empower our GTM teams
- Manage on-going compute investment decisions to ensure that we are able to scale quickly will still driving efficiently

Via natural language instructions, Harvey helps draft and analyze legal documents. It can also answer complex questions across large document sets, or even handle research queries that cover multiple domains in legal, regulatory and tax.
Its ability to support legal practitioners as if it's another member of the team is what makes Harvey particularly interesting. This approach has seen the company raise substantial funding, reaching Unicorn status in 2024. Funds will be used to expand to new geographies, grow headcount and further collect and curate data to train more “domain-specific” AI models.
