- We’re looking for an innovative, driven and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in the DACH region
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- 2-3 years of (partner) marketing experience, preferably in demand generation, field marketing, or event marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of tasks from ideation to execution
- Event experience is a plus
- Experience with marketing automation tools and data-driven marketing is advantageous
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure is preferred
- Willingness to travel occasionally and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
What the job involves

- Take ownership of end-to-end management of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (events & webinars, email, social media, online advertising, partner marketing, etc.), including campaign development, execution, measurement, and alignment with revenue targets
- Collaborate with strategic partners like AWS to plan and execute partner-centric marketing initiatives that drive joint business growth
- Develop and implement pipeline generation and conversion campaigns
- Plan, organize, and manage events such as (sponsored) trade shows, industry conferences, webinars, and live sessions that enhance brand presence and achieve business goals
- Design nurturing strategies, programs, and messaging in close collaboration with SDRs, Sales, and other team members to convert leads into sales opportunities
- Create engaging and informative content (e.g. blog posts, whitepapers, case studies) highlighting AllCloud services
- Address region-specific needs, including brand awareness and localization efforts, to meet diverse audience expectations
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics and budget spend, and optimize where appropriate
- Support the field team with necessary tools and support to drive business growth effectively
- Assist with organizational tasks such as MDF funding, procurement processes, and related administrative support

Companies of all shapes and sizes utilise cloud computing in order to carry out mission-critical functions of their businesses. However, navigating this relatively new computing paradigm in an efficient and secure fashion isn’t always that easy.
AllCloud offers professional services to help its clients use the tools for cloud enablement and transformation. The company importantly has deep partnerships with major cloud providers like AWS, Salesforce and Snowflake giving it unparalleled expertise and resources to deal with the vast majority of cloud challenges.
The company is focused on growing its presence in new geographies as well as expanding its suite of cloud services. One major plank of this approach is an aggressive M&A strategy which has led to acquisitions of companies like Integress, adding data analytics capabilities to its range of services.
Integrating these new acquisitions in order to elevate AllCloud’s total value proposition will be difficult. However, the impressive technology team that the company has put together combined with its growing revenue means it is well positioned for success moving forward.
