Backend Software Engineer, Okta

• We’re looking for recent university graduates who are interested in starting off their career with Okta as backend engineer, and are passionate about helping us make digital living safe and seamless for everyone
• Interest/Experience in backend software development with web technologies that support building highly reliable, consumer-facing software
• Knowledge of building simple backend/infrastructure for web apps using Java and Node.js
• Past summer internship experience, ideally in consumer software companies
• Education and Training: B.S., or M.S., in Computer Science or related field

• Help with design and code reviews. Ensure high programming standards by writing unit and functional tests
• Collaborate across Product, Design and Engineering teams
