Who you are
- Significant experience supporting C-suite as Executive Assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong Time-management & organisation skills with an ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Committed to building collaborative relationships across the business
- High agility, being able to adapt to new scenarios within a dynamic office where priorities can change frequently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of project software such as Monday.com would be a bonus
- Resourceful, can-do attitude and be capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the company
- The ability to work at pace to tight deadlines, using own initiative and with minimal supervision and remains calm in high pressure situations
- Self-motivated, and resilient and persuasive while operating effectively at a senior level
- The role will require a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
What the job involves
- The role provides a great opportunity to provide comprehensive support to the Group Chief Executive and to be an integral part of the CEO office team
- Meticulous diary management, managing both work and personal appointments, business meetings and offsites in collaboration with CEO Office team
- Work with CEO Office team to strategically prioritise meetings, events, and engagements to optimize the CEO's time and keep productivity at high levels
- Work with CEO office to ensure that all emails are prioritised and responded to in a timely manner
- Co-ordinate and welcome office visitors and CEO contacts in a professional manner
- Organise and manage the Chief Executive’s travel, creating detailed itineraries and ensuring that all travel logistics are effectively managed
- Responsible for all CEO Office administration tasks such as expense processing, purchase orders, requisitions and compliance reporting etc
- Simplification of manual tasks to improve efficiency of processes and allow accurate reporting and tracking of information
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G plc’s operational risk
- To support the CEO office team with logistics, event management, admin and other core activities
