- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in business, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in sales operations, RFP management, or a similar B2B role. Diverse backgrounds and experiences are welcomed
- Excellent Communication: You have a proven ability to craft persuasive, high-quality proposals and presentations that resonate with a variety of audiences
- Attention to Detail: You excel at managing complex processes and maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation
- Project Management: You’re adept at juggling multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and thriving in fast-paced environments
- Collaboration and Teamwork: You’re skilled at building strong relationships and working across teams (sales, marketing, product, engineering) to achieve shared goals

What the job involves
- As a Global Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales and client success teams on their most impactful initiatives
- Your responsibilities will span a variety of critical tasks, including establishing pricing frameworks, managing an RFP database, coordinating and responding to RFPs, delivering training to commercial teams, and creating compelling presentations
- You will collaborate closely with the General Manager of Global Markets (and later the Commercial Director) to align commercial processes with strategic objectives and establish a scalable sales structure
- RFP Management
- Develop RFP project timelines and oversee the process from initiation to submission, ensuring timely, high-quality responses
- Lead the drafting of RFP responses, ensuring readability, consistency, and an engaging tone
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, engineering, and member experience teams to include the latest product updates and features in responses
- Maintain and regularly update the RFP library and response database
- Commercial Thought Leadership
- Serve as a trusted resource for sales and client success teams, addressing one-off queries from prospects and consultants
- Create feedback loops to analyze trends and provide real-time insights into buyer behaviors and preferences, helping marketing and sales optimize strategies
- Build deep knowledge of Progyny’s offerings, key differentiators, and the broader family-building industry
- Knowledge Management and Training
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to ensure teams stay informed about product updates
- Deliver training sessions for internal and external stakeholders, enhancing alignment and expertise
- Sales Operations
- Ensure proper setup and functionality of sales tools and systems, while accurately tracking and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs)
Our take
Most modern companies provide their employees with health insurance, mental health support, and childcare stipends, but fertility is not included in such benefit packages. Despite this, infertility affects men, women, and LGBTQ+ employees equally and causes great stress to those affected, showing a demand for employers that provide support for them in starting a family.
Apryl provides an employee fertility benefits platform for businesses, helping them to overcome inequalities by helping every employee to thrive in their career whilst planning a family, despite infertility. The company achieves this by providing a dashboard of anonymized employee data, using it to identify employees who need consultations, insurance, or reimbursement for family-building services such as fertility treatment or adoption.
Most companies already provide parental paid time-off or childcare stipends to their employees which shows support for them to start a family, but this presents inequality to infertile employees, a problem that Apryl has identified. Through its data-driven approach, insurance, and reimbursement offerings, the company shows potential to pioneer a new form of employee benefit whilst tackling workplace inequalities.
