Role
Who you are
- Previous experience as a Product Manager in a tech product company
- Solid understanding of a B2B SaaS market:
- Have delivered at least two integrations end-to-end
- Excellent goal-oriented approach with the ability to identify opportunities as well as issues, propose solutions, and drive implementation
- Proven experience in being a strategic partner with business orientation in the area of product development
- Data-driven mindset that allows you to make accurate analyses and improve your work continuously
- Adaptable attitude - ability to work in a fast-paced environment, receptiveness to change
- Great communication skills
- Passion for product development
- Fluent English (C1)
Desirable
- Experience with LLMs
- Building and/ or managing a software partner program
- Experience in B2B SaaS for SMBs/ mid-market
- Working as a start-up owner/entrepreneur
What the job involves
- By joining Tidio as a Product Manager, you will become a crucial member of our Product Team
- You will work closely with the Lead Product Manager and take responsibility for our Integrations, OpenAPI, Marketplace & Lyro AI solutions which require external data sources
- Work alongside Machine Learning, forging real-time data solutions for Lyro AI Agent
- Be responsible for our integrations ecosystem, including Integrations, OpenAPI, Tidio Marketplace & Software Partner Program
- Monitor relevant metrics, identify issues and potential opportunities for PLG
- Develop comprehensive and well-researched product artefacts, such as Business Cases/ Epics & Roadmap providing clarity to the business
- Work closely with your immediate team, including an Engineering Manager, Engineers (Backend, Frontend, QA) and a Designer
- Communicate effectively to the broader business including product roadmap, new features and answers to other team's inquiries
- Work hand in hand with the Lead Product Manager to agree objectives, leading metrics and prioritise initiatives
