Role
Who you are
- Proven outbound sales experience in specific markets
- Ability to qualify clients in terms of future profitability
- Knowledge and sales experience in at least one of our target industries:
- International trade
- Holding Companies, Family Offices
- Logistics
- Wholesale
- Commodities
- EPC (Engineering, procurement, construction)
- Experience working across global markets, preferably in of our European target markets in:
- France
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Effective communication skills and exceptional customer service skills
- Fluent English language skills + at least proficiency in at least one other main European language, ideally native speaker
What the job involves
- Currently we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to work with the existing Sales Executive team to bring on new clients in the European markets
- Creating a robust pipeline with prospective clients and turn them into 3S Money account holders
- Sharing best practices with the existing team and provide leadership
- Exploring global markets (across industries, locations, or communities)
- Identify, target, and nurture potential partners, like service providers
- Working with leadership to strategise on how best to roll out existing and new products
- Developing and executing strategies to increase company revenue
Our take
3S Money is a B2B banking service built to help entrepreneurs and growing businesses send and receive international payments without the usual fuss. With European IBANs and online current accounts, it simplifies cross-border banking, so clients can focus less on paperwork and more on scaling up.
The company differentiates itself through its culture. 3S stands for '3 sigma' or '3 standard deviation'. In statistics, values within 3 standard deviations of the mean account for ~99.7% probability, hence the name expresses its aim to help clients mitigate 99.7% of the uncertainty surrounding international payments.
3S Money is also authorised and regulated by the FCA and it maintains 100% liquidity. Its long-term goal is to create a premium banking service that will offer a wide range of services to international merchants - from global payments to insurance broking and freight.
This ambition is reflected in its continued European expansion, most recently with the launch of local French IBANs and a new Paris office, allowing seamless SEPA Direct Debits, instant payments and SWIFT transfers while strengthening its ability to support complex, high-value cross-border transactions for internationally active businesses.
