Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in data or business analytics, sales or revenue operations, or a related field in a SaaS ideally in a healthcare technology company
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Software Engineering, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced experience with CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (HubSpot), and Data Analytics (Tableau, PowerBI, Retool) software
- Proven experience capturing, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets using statistical tools and techniques. Ability to develop visualizations based on data to guide business decision-making
- Intermediate software programming skills in Java Script, SQL, and Python
- Proven track record of optimizing sales and customer success processes, implementing efficiencies,, and improving sales team productivity
- Familiarity with healthcare technology (e.g. Electronic Health Record (EHR), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)) and healthcare compliance (e.g. HIPAA) (highly desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with sales reps, leadership, and other stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with navigating ambiguity, and possessing a strong sense of grit
What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team responsible for enhancing the efficiency of our sales, marketing, and finance operations while ensuring seamless data flow across systems, and enabling data-driven decision-making
- They will be responsible for developing and improving programs supporting sales & customer success field teams, including CRM system design & integration, implementation of org wide growth strategies/playbooks, and improving customer-facing business processes
- This role combines critical thinking and system design with change management. You will work closely with individual field team members, along with cross-functional partners in Product, Marketing, Finance, & Operations reporting to our VP, GTM Operations
- Responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing datasets from various sources to build reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to provide insights for revenue operations and client analytics
- Accountable for data integrity in various business systems in the sales tech stack and for establishing appropriate data governance
- Responsible for identifying both data & process gaps impacting ongoing revenue growth and/or customer engagement. Work with peers in other functions to develop self-service solutions that the sales & operations, and customer success teams can leverage
- On an ongoing basis, engage with sales & customer success field teams to maintain a pulse on revenue operations. Identifying areas of focus for process improvement & change management
- Collaborate with the Enterprise GTM team to co-develop targeted go-to-market growth playbooks and ensure alignment across the sales, customer success, and operations teams
- Develop processes to effectively leverage content across various forms of customer engagement & different customer personas
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure smooth transitions between sales stages and post-sale processes, and identify opportunities for customer success-driven upsell/cross-sell
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the sales team is using the most effective strategies and tools available
