• 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint

• Scheduling interviews and working directly with candidates and hiring managers, hosting in-person candidates, arranging travel for visiting candidates

• Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Testing new scheduling tools and providing feedback to stakeholders
