Our take
Understanding the customer is essential for brand loyalty. Since 2014, Ireckonu has being providing its partners in the hospitality sector with the insight into their guests’ preferences.
Ireckonu offers a connected ecosystem that helps craft unique experiences for partnered hotels’ guests. Its middleware products, some memorably named IKnowU and IConnectU, provide top quality data optimisation that is converted into knowledge for hoteliers to improve their services. The start-up had natural instincts; after researching CDPs, Ireckonu found that its product stack already demonstrated all the things that a CDP should do.
The company has partnered with the likes of citizenm Hotels and Reverb by Hard Rock, enabling it to consolidate and centralise a large amount of guest data across various hotel chains. Investment into Ireckonu will go towards continuing to find new ways to delver an efficient yet personable service in order to compete with competitors.
