Role
Who you are
- We’re looking for a detail-oriented HRIS Specialist with hands-on HiBob experience to help us close gaps in our HR data, maintain system integrity, and enhance the employee and manager experience
- 5-7 years of experience working with HRIS systems, with direct experience in HiBob
- Strong analytical and technical skills; comfortable working with large datasets
- High attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Experience supporting HR or CSR-related reporting and data tracking is a plus
What the job involves
- Please note the is a 3-6 month contractor role
- This role will focus on day-to-day system management, data audits, and supporting HR projects—including CSR data tracking and reporting—that rely on clean, reliable HRIS data
- Serve as the primary owner for maintaining and auditing employee data in HiBob
- Perform routine and targeted data quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Partner with HRBPs and local HR teams to resolve data inconsistencies and establish controls
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of new workflows, fields, and configurations
- Document processes and recommend system enhancements based on user feedback and business needs
- Train team in HRIS best practices and establish SOPs for ongoing use
