Role
Who you are
- Min. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with significant experience building complex type of products, Sales and Sales Funnel experience is essential
- Strong experience in product discovery, analysing data and technical understanding
- Understanding structural and architecture composition of German properties
- A solid command of agile product development methods and tools, preferably Jira/Confluence/Miro
- Experience creating product roadmaps and driving features development from conception to launch, driving the product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions
- Good problem solving and decision taking skills
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Plus: experience with and around energy products and/or electrical engineering
- Plus: experience with Marketplace/Platform Biz Model Products
- Problem focused and user-centric, you are motivated to provide the best user experience while answering the business needs
- Analytical and able to leverage data for decision making in prioritisation and product design decisions
- Thriving and enjoying working in cross-functional teams (with e.g., tech, UX/UI design, sales, operations, etc.)
- Fluent in English and German
What the job involves
- Build on vision for product and craft an achievable strategy and make adjustments as necessary based on market changes or company priorities
- Drive the OKR process and align your teams OKR with the company’s and other team’s objectives
- Drive and ensure prioritisation of product roadmap & backlog to maximise the team’s impact
- Empathise with different user types to provide an easy to use and intuitive product
- Align and keep all parties informed through-out the planning and development process
- Lead the product discovery and collect and craft high quality product requirements
- Regular Field based visits. Visitations to customer properties
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including ideation, development, and go-to-market strategies and with this being able to identify areas of improvement and development
- Effectively allocate resources to ensure product development stays on track and within financial constraints
- Constantly measure and evaluate improvements & product performance with metrics
- Gather and analyse customer feedback and market research to inform product decisions and improvements
- Manage the projects scope and timelines and ensure alignment between all involved parties
