Senior Demand Generation Manager, Toast

• This is a unique role at Toast, responsible for the expansion into a new vertical, building the marketing retail funnel from the ground up
• You’ll partner closely with marketing channel owners, sales, product, and operations to drive strategies from concept to execution to optimization, accelerating new business location growth
• You must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and engaging across all GTM functions to drive impact
• Architect multi-channel marketing strategies that are aligned to location acquisition goals, owning full funnel performance and all associated metrics from MQL to deal in partnership with marketing channel owners and sales
• Strong analytical chops and understand of Toast Retail’s ICP to support constant refinement and optimizations of key acquisition programs to achieve KPIs
• Use data to tell a cohesive story about marketing’s contribution to the retail business
• Oversee the planning and execution of retail marketing campaigns at scale across quarters
• Develop strong relationships across marketing, sales, business development, product, and other critical internal stakeholders to align demand generation efforts with overall business goals and a seamless presales experience
