- 4+ years in partnerships roles in HR and employee benefits space

- As our first dedicated Partnerships Lead, you’ll help build the ecosystem around us: working with benefit platforms, consultants, pension providers, and others who can open doors to the HR leaders we want to reach
- You’ll join a team that moves fast, thinks sharply, and cares deeply about building something that genuinely matters
- You’ll be responsible for sourcing, developing, and scaling partnerships that generate high-quality sales opportunities for our team.
- This role is a mix of commercial strategy and proactive execution — you’ll identify and secure new partners, design joint go-to-market plans, and drive tangible lead flow. You won’t be babysitting existing relationships — you’ll be making them work hard
- This is a high-impact, outward-facing role for someone who’s comfortable rolling up their sleeves, thinking commercially, and hunting for opportunities in the whitespace
- Source, pitch, and sign new commercial partnerships with benefit platforms, consultants, pension providers, and other adjacent players
- Build and manage joint go-to-market plans that generate qualified leads for the sales team
- Work closely with AEs and SDRs to ensure partners are actively contributing to pipeline
- Create tailored messaging, campaigns, and enablement materials for and through each partner
- Collaborate with marketing on co-branded content, events, and thought leadership
- Stay on top of competitor partnerships and market movements to keep us one step ahead
- Track and report on partner performance, ensuring we’re focused on what delivers
- Influence how we package and position our proposition to suit different partner types
- Continuously test, learn, and optimise — with creativity, commercial acumen, and urgency
