Who you are
- 8-10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, with 5-7+ years in frontline sales leadership
- Proven track record of leading teams that consistently exceed targets
- Experience selling complex, technical solutions (AI/ML, data infrastructure, or technical services)
- Strong ability to coach reps on multi-threaded, consultative sales motions
- Comfortable engaging directly with technical buyers and senior stakeholders
- Experience operating in competitive, fast-evolving markets
- Highly structured operator with strong forecasting and inspection rigor

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Regional Sales Director to build, coach, and scale a team of high-performing Account Executives. This leader will bring an enterprise-grade sales motion while helping the team win with a new generation of AI-native buyers
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives selling DaaS across the US
- Drive pipeline generation, deal quality, and consistent execution across the team
- Instill a structured, multi-threaded, consultative sales motion
- Coach reps on selling into AI-native buyers (LLM companies, vertical AI startups) and AI-forward organizations
- Actively participate in strategic deals - help shape account strategy, pilots, and closing plans
- Build strong operating rigor: forecasting, pipeline hygiene, deal reviews, and inspection cadence
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Delivery, Marketing, and Product
- Help refine messaging and GTM motion based on frontline customer insight
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier AE talent
Our take
Demand for AI is increasing in almost every industry, but the machine learning that fuels it is tedious to set up. In order to train machine learning algorithms, training data must be labelled manually, and this contributes to expenses in time, money and resources when integrating AI within a business.
Snorkel AI develops programmatic approaches to data labelling in order to automate the setup process of machine learning and decrease the required timeframe for a business to begin providing AI services. In addition to these automated data categorization services, the company also integrates data training, management, and analysis into a unified AI-deployment platform.
The complex computer science behind AI setup has resulted in many businesses without computer science backgrounds being left behind, and Snorkel AI has set this as their target audience. And recently, the company raised some serious funding which it plans to use to expand the company;'s engineering, research, and go-to-market efforts.
