What the job involves
- Lyra Health is looking for a Solutions Consultant I, File Integrations
- Provide guidance and solutions to customers and internal teams regarding file integration technologies, leveraging technical expertise
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and internal teams, building strong relationships to understand their business needs and objectives related to File Integrations
- Support project management and implementation of file integrations for new and existing customers, collaborating extensively with internal and external stakeholders including Customer Success, Data Science, DevOps, Business Operations, Billing Operations, and Legal
- Troubleshoot and resolve any file integration issues that arise during implementation or post-implementation, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical expertise
- Work with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and expertise, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
