Role
Who you are
- You’re a site-based 1st Line or TechBar Engineer residing in the UK
- You’ve been in this type of role previously
- You have developed analytical and technical skills in dynamic business environments
- This means working with latest technologies and supporting users with your high-level customer support skills, is something you enjoy
- Microsoft operating systems (Win 10/11/Server)
- Experience working in a customer facing role
- Able to communicate verbally and in writing to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Microsoft Office and 365 administration and troubleshooting
- Active Directory - experience in administration
- Mobile Device Management – Policies, MFA, general admin
- Anti-Virus
- Hands on familiarity with PC/laptop hardware

- ITIL knowledge

- Power BI
- AV support
What the job involves
- Working as part of a team at a client site in Central London
- Handling client interaction, managing their expectations, reporting client facing risks and customer feedback with great professionalism
- Meeting SLAs (“Service Level Agreements”) through troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting a wide range of technical challenges
- Taking ownership of your tickets with a customer focused attitude and being constantly involved in collaboration with the rest of the team
- Gaining relevant qualifications and accreditations to further develop your skills (And we’re happy to be able to provide this for you)
- Understanding the importance of problem ownership and client success and aiming for top rated client feedback
- Understand the interoperability of the tech you are supporting on
