Our take

Today, smart contracts on the blockchain suffer from a lack of readily available data. Reading and writing data is expensive, making it difficult to build applications that rely on large amounts of information. This forces developers to limit features and design contracts in restrictive ways.

Axiom offers a fresh approach, using Zero-Knowledge (ZK) cryptography to provide smart contracts with richer data access at lower costs. Its flagship V2 release unlocks the entire Ethereum transaction history, meaning developers can seamlessly integrate past transactions, freely combine smart contracts, and add modular components without affecting existing functionality.

Backed by recent funding led by industry giants, Axiom is rapidly expanding its team and platform development. With a vision of enabling developers to build richer and more expressive on-chain applications, Axiom is poised to play a crucial role in shaping the future of blockchain.
