• 15+ years of product management experience, including 8+ years in leadership roles within SaaS or PaaS organizations
• Proven track record of defining and executing product strategy at scale, delivering impactful results
• Deep technical expertise, with a solid understanding of platform architecture and web technologies
• Experience building and managing high-performing product teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance customer needs with business goals

• As the Vice President of Product Management for Pantheon Platform, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Pantheon’s core platform
• You’ll lead a high-performing team of product managers, overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle for our platform, which powers hundreds of thousands of websites and supports millions of developers
• You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that enhance the user experience and drive business growth
• This is a key leadership role, responsible for aligning product strategy with company objectives and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results
• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for Pantheon’s platform, aligned with company goals
• Own the platform roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements that deliver maximum value to customers and the business

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment on product priorities and initiatives

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization
