Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related commercial roles in B2B SaaS, fintech, or climate tech
- Technical acumen—you can quickly understand complex workflows, APIs, or integrations and communicate them simply
- Proven commercial success—you’ve owned renewals, expansions, or revenue targets and consistently exceeded them
- Executive communication skills—you’re confident leading strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
- Startup hustle—you’re energised by ambiguity, love to build from scratch, and can deliver with limited structure
- Empathy and purpose—you care deeply about climate impact, financial access, and empowering communities
Desirable
- Have experience in fintech, payments, or carbon/climate sectors
- Have worked with global south markets or mission-driven organizations
What the job involves
- Own customer relationships across the lifecycle—from onboarding through renewals and expansion
- Drive commercial outcomes, maintaining and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor—understanding customers’ technical, operational, and commercial goals and aligning Terraspect’s solution to deliver measurable impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to deliver solutions, resolve challenges, and inform roadmap decisions
- Design and scale CS operations—create the early playbooks, metrics, and workflows for success, renewal, and growth
- Represent the voice of the customer, translating insights into product direction and go-to-market strategy
- Build deep trust with executive stakeholders and frontline users alike—from climate project managers to CFOs and sustainability leads

The climate finance infrastructure sector sits within the rapidly expanding voluntary carbon market, projected to grow from $479 billion in 2023 to $4.73 trillion by 2030. This growth has, however, exposed a critical gap: Indigenous peoples and local communities manage over 50% of the world's land and hold 24% of tropical forest carbon, yet less than 1% of climate development aid directly reaches them.
Terraspect addresses this challenge by providing transparent payment distribution systems for nature-based carbon projects. The company's platform tackles community compensation, which is not only a social imperative but a business necessity, as community engagement directly impacts carbon projects.
While traditional financial providers serve this space, few focus specifically on remote community-based carbon payments across the Global South. As regulatory bodies introduce stricter community compensation disclosure requirements, Terraspect is poised to become essential infrastructure for scaling high-quality, nature-based carbon projects.
