Data Analytics Engineer, Highnote

• 5+ years of experience in designing and developing high-volume reporting solutions and analytics pipelines
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred, with a focus on Accounting and/or Finance
• Accounting or Finance domain experience
• Deep understanding of data modeling and working with relational databases
• Ability to create highly performant, scalable, and maintainable codebases
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools or frameworks (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or custom solutions)

This team drives data-informed decision-making by generating actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders while ensuring the reliability and performance of reporting pipelines and dashboards
• Developing scalable, robust, and automated reporting systems to handle high-volume data needs and power data-driven decision-making
• Creating analytics reports that provide actionable insights and meet diverse business and customer requirements
• Modeling and designing modern data structures in SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
• Developing and maintaining dashboards using tools like Looker, Looker Studio, and other BI platforms to visualize high-volume data effectively
• Crafting and optimizing complex SQL queries to handle high-volume data efficiently
• Writing robust, performant, and maintainable code for data processing and analytics
