Role
Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in selling payments technology to enterprise and SMB organizations, including partners and vendors in the restaurant payments ecosystem
- Proficiency in discovery calls, qualifying leads, and applying sales methodologies
- Experience in forecasting revenue and managing deal pipelines using CRM software
- Background in the restaurant vertical, SaaS companies, or the financial industry
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, cross-functional partners, and diverse audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, data-driven, entrepreneurial environment
- Track record of self-improvement, career advancement, and achieving KPIs or quotas
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Payments Account Executive to drive growth in our Payments products
- This role involves full-cycle sales, focusing on developing warm prospects, generating payment processing opportunities, and converting prospects into customers
- You'll work alongside a driven sales team that is passionate about PAR products and solutions, competitive by nature, and committed to exceeding quotas
- The Sales Executive will manage pricing analysis and recommendations across PAR Payments offerings, supporting merchant adoption and business growth
- With a deep understanding of the payment industry, this Sales Executive will excel in selling to diverse company tiers
- Reports To: GM Payments
- Stay updated on PAR product features, hardware, integrated payments, pricing plans, promotions, and competitive landscape
- Generate a pipeline of prospects, managing sales stages from lead generation to closing
- Organize, prioritize, and forecast sales pipeline within Salesforce to meet monthly quotas and KPIs
- Collaborate with Payment Services team to onboard customers and ensure their success with our product
