Account Executive, nCino

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience or combination experience and education
• Strong professional background with consistent record of excellence
• Demonstrated ability to challenge executive decision makers, build consensus with client executives, and sell to the C-suite
• Strong listening skills and impeccable verbal and written communication ability; able to demonstrate software solutions onsite with client or via virtual meetings
• History of success in collaborative work environment; demonstrable ability to partner with nCino team members from product, sales, professional services, support, finance and others as required to accomplish sales goals and customer success
• Ability to travel to client and nCino office locations as required to accomplish and exceed goals and support our Farm Credit customers

Desirable

• The Farm Credit Account Executive will be part of a high performing Sales team focused on adoption and continued growth within the nCino Farm Credit customer base
• As an Account Executive, you will serve as the senior executive covering a defined list of Farm Credit customers and prospects
• You will leverage existing relationships with executives and business unit leaders to understand their unique challenges and influence their perspective of nCino solutions
• The Account Executive is the sales and account management lead assigned to nCino's Farm Credit customers. The role is accountable for growing bookings and revenue from those accounts, supporting customer satisfaction, managing the day-to-day relationship, and growing reference-ability of customers
• Creates, identifies, and closes sales for a specific set of named accounts. The individual must be a self-starting closer who can create a pipeline of business within existing accounts
• Expand nCino presence within existing clients by maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and identify opportunities to extend the nCino value proposition
• Thoroughly understand each business line within your designated customers and navigate the organization effectively to identify opportunities to extend the nCino solution and help organizations solve critical problems in other segments of the organization
• Use consultative sales approach to identify client needs and use detailed knowledge of the nCino solution and the Salesforce.com platform to challenge customers to consider a new and innovative offering
• Strategic account planning. Develop plans and resource requirements to drive our existing customers to upsell and add new products. Analyze and measure account plans for customer and company success
• Effectively identify prospective customer champions and build consensus among key stakeholders
• Learn to deliver a strong demo of the nCino Bank Operating System based on prospect needs
• Manage complex sales cycle within new clients by mapping customer’s decision-making and approval processes, compressing timelines, negotiating contracts, and closing business
• Work closely with customers to drive adoption and optimization of the nCino Solution
• Maximize customer retention and satisfaction by monitoring usage data and providing tailored support
