- We are looking for someone who is excited to build and grow within the finance team and who shares our commitment to excellence and innovation
- 2-4 years of experience in SaaS FP&A, preferably with experience working on the three statements. You’ve worked closely with department leads, built models to support decision-making, and are comfortable owning planning cycles end-to-end
- Strong foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
- This role is ideal for someone in the early stages of their FP&A career who is ready to step into more ownership, work cross-functionally, and influence business decisions
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build and maintain complex financial models
- Exceptional ability to analyze large datasets, extract insights, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner
- A natural problem-solver with a knack for simplifying complex concepts and proposing solutions that drive strategic decisions
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas and recommendations to diverse stakeholders

- We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to support the financial planning and analysis function as we continue to build a foundation of excellence in finance
- Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial modeling, long-range forecasting, and strategic planning
- You will partner with various departments to analyze performance, develop forecasts, and provide recommendations to drive the financial health of the business
- Support the company’s financial planning cycles, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning
- Build, maintain, and improve financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario analysis
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., GTM, Product, Engineering, G&A) to analyze performance and provide actionable insights
- Assist in month-end and quarter-end close processes by analyzing variances, tracking key drivers, and preparing reporting packages
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business performance and identify trends
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to evaluate business initiatives, investment opportunities, and cost efficiencies
- Help streamline and improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting to drive scalability and efficiency
- Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights and recommendations for leadership

- Round 3: Team loop of three 45 minute Google Meet discussions with various cross-functional leaders
- Round 4: 45 minute Google Meet discussion with the CFO: Brent Geddes
