Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will bring a keen enthusiasm for constructing and driving actionable insights that support business objectives, fast and accurate campaign implementation, and exemplary organizational and communication skills
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in client services operations within marketing
- Agency experience is required
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and data visualization
- Proficiency in statistical languages such as Python, or SQL
- Experience in building Dune or Flipside Dashboards preferred, with a portfolio to share
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience [either personally or professionally] in web3 is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
- Experience working with executive leadership
- Ability to prepare and present a concise and detailed brief (internal and external)
What the job involves
- Serotonin is in search of a hands-on Analytics Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, collaborating closely with our VP of Growth, Growth Marketing Manager, and our Paid Social Manager
- While strategic thinking is valued, a primary focus of this role is tactical execution—bringing analytical plans to fruition by translating complex data into actionable recommendations and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with both emerging and established Web3 companies in the development and execution of high-impact growth initiatives
- Lead the analysis & visualization of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop methodologies for extracting actionable insights from complex data sources and visualizing them successfully
- Interpret data to provide strategic recommendations and drive decision-making
- Build and maintain predictive models to forecast business performance and trends
- Utilize statistical techniques to analyze data and identify opportunities for optimization
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs for clients
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on business performance and insights
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of reporting processes through lean methodologies - no large tool subscriptions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and objectives
- Communicate complex findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences
