Who you are
- Experience in managing large customers, within SaaS Customer Success
- An inquisitive nature and commercially minded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to comfortably lead challenging, and sometimes uncomfortable conversations with senior level customer stakeholders
- A passion for working in an environment where autonomy and growth is encouraged
- The capability to learn quickly and effectively in an ever-changing scale up environment
- A proactive mindset and excellent time management skills
- An understanding of how SaaS solutions are offered, used and integrated with other systems
- The ability to navigate conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a focus on quality and authenticity
- The ability to visit customers on a ad-hoc basis across North America
What the job involves
- In this role, you will proactively steer customers towards their desired outcomes, from the point of onboarding and continuing throughout their customer lifecycle, whilst driving adoption and customer satisfaction. You will understand each customer's needs in depth, in order to identify ways they can maximise value and achieve their goals. You will report directly to the Head of Customer Success
- Manage a portfolio of High Touch Enterprise and Low Touch customers, to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Identify, improve, and lead all aspects of the health status of each of your customers
- Become a Jumptech product champion and use this knowledge to effectively guide your customers towards their desired outcomes and growth
- Establish, own and deliver on key customer metrics (adoption, retention, engagement)
- Drive product activation and adoption by leading onboarding for new customers and continue touch points through Executive Business Reviews
- Execute playbooks and contribute to team strategy for new customer onboarding, growth and renewal to ensure ongoing success
- Champion the voice of the customer, feeding back to the business, inputting on and steering product and business priorities based on customer needs
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts by understanding their business needs and aligning our solutions to help achieve their goals
- Identify and communicate paid CSQLs (Customer Success Qualified Leads) to the Account Management team
