Senior Executive Assistant, OpenGov

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to support C-suite executives with confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating executive priorities.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar), Microsoft Office, and productivity tools
• Experience working with AI-powered automation tools to enhance efficiency
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft executive-level materials

• Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, prioritizing business needs and executive availability.
• Travel planning (domestic and international) with detailed itineraries.
• Utilize AI tools to assist with scheduling automation, meeting transcription, and summarization
• Track key product and engineering initiatives to ensure deadlines and milestones are met
• Assist in organizing and coordinating R&D projects to drive business impact
• Maintain and update action items for the CPO and R&D leaders, ensuring accountability and timely execution
• Serve as a liaison within the R&D organization, supporting communication between Product and Engineering teams
