Who you are
- Proven experience with 2+ years in customer service or customer support roles
- Ability to work non-typical business hours (i.e. 11am - 7pm) and must be located in the PST time zone
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Experience working with BPO’s and third-party call-centers
- Proficiency in using customer support tools and software
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer feedback data to drive insights and improvements
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

What the job involves
- We are looking for a customer-focused, highly motivated, and organized Customer Happiness Operations Coordinator to join our growing Customer Happiness team
- As a Customer Happiness Operations Coordinator you would be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Sr. Manager, Customer Happiness in various aspects of customer support and satisfaction primarily supporting our third-party call centers
- This role involves heavy cross-functional collaboration with the internal Customer Happiness team to ensure smooth operations with our third-party call centers and exceptional customer experiences
- Support in analyzing customer feedback, support tickets, and other relevant data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and customer pain points
- Assist in monitoring team performance and attendance for Customer Happiness reps
- Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Customer Happiness to identify opportunities for streamlining customer support processes and enhancing operational efficiency
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing customer feedback, and prepare reports to share insights with the management team
- Maintain effective communication channels with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other teams, such as Marketing, Growth, and Product Development, to align customer support efforts and address customer-related issues
- Support the Sr. Manager, Customer Happiness in advocating for customer needs and driving initiatives to improve customer loyalty and retention
- Address escalated issues and concerns from team members and customers
- Contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment
