Who you are
- Ideally around 5-8 years of experience
- Good IT background
- Good Cloud Service Provider background (AWS, Azure, GCP, SecNumCloud etc.) with different technologies (KMS, Secret management etc.)
- Strong capabilities in terms of project management and risk management in the project management,
- Knowledge of technology risk management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 2700x, NIST, ANSSI recommendations,
- Good knowledge of local and international regulations (NIS, DORA, SecNumCloud, Critical Infrastructure etc.),
- Proven performance in problem solving, collaboration and priority setting,
- Interpersonal skills: effective listening, patience and composure,
- English is required,
- Ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders
What the job involves
- The purpose of this role is to improve and to deliver in an effective manner the Project Change and Risk management framework to ensure that LCH SA Business, Data and IT assets are adequately protected with the full respect of the existing policies, standards and regulation
- The role will strongly contribute to implementing appropriate policies, procedures, processes, delivering security technologies, contributing to the cyber risks assessment through the project management framework
- The role is the main point of contact for all the new initiatives impacting LCH SA across LSEG and ensures that the project is engaging with LCH SA teams on time, and the project is delivered within the risk governance of LCH SA
- The role will ensure the delivery of risk assessments within the project management
- The scope will cover all projects (from LCH SA and LSEG) and can include other BAU activities within the IT Risk team
- Tech Risk Governance Management: Establish project governance and facilitate governance activities especially in the context of Cloud transformation for LCH SA
- Work with business and IT teams to ensure that the Technology and Information Security policies and standards are integrated within the change management framework. Constructively challenging existing processes where necessary
- Contribute to improve the existing documentation needed by the LCH SA departments (project management documentation, risk assessment methodology, regulations assessments etc.)
- Collaborate with the second Line of defence team to provide the appropriate supervision over IT, Cyber and Business Projects
- Maintain and update the Projects tracker, enable the processes, tools, and techniques required to ensure timely and appropriate generation, collection, distribution, and disposition of project progress and status information to project stakeholders
- Enable the processes, tools, and techniques to identify, analyse, track, manage, and resolve project problems that impact the project's ability to meet project goals and objectives, as well as issues pertaining to project schedules
- Engage with various 1st Line and 2nd Line stakeholders to ensure the appropriate governance is completed
- Liaise with London teams, from LCH Ltd and LSEG teams
- Provide a first analysis and triage of the Solution Architecture Documents (SAD) received
- When possible and applicable, perform a first Cyber Risk Assessments related to LCH SA and Group Projects
